VOLSET is a small NGO in Uganda. Their mission is to

1. Help orphans and needy children by giving them the opportunity to a decent education
2. Educate the rural community about HIV/AIDS prevention and provide home care
3. Establish resource centres which are open to anybody to access information on HIV, AIDS and children's rights
4. To strengthen mobile voluntary counselling and testing (VCT) among the isolated and less served communities
5. To establish a sound vocational training centre in Mukono District .

Friends of VOLSET is a launch site to web sites around the world that directly support VOLSET through volunteering, donations and sponsorship. These sites have mainly been set up by volunteers who have worked with VOLSET.
